Hospitality Roots
My journey began on the shores of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina surrounded by the hospitality industry. Growing up in such a unique and vibrant coastal community gave me an early appreciation for what makes a property truly special. Whether it was the charm of a front porch swing, the serenity of ocean breezes, or the warmth of a welcoming entryway—those early experiences shaped the way I see homes, people, and hospitality.
As life unfolded, I took that sense of rooted beauty and blended it with a decade-long journey in short-term rentals. Over the past ten years, I’ve managed and operated a portfolio of successful properties that have grossed over two million dollars in revenue. From bustling vacation homes near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to the escapes of the beach on Hilton Head Island, I’ve honed a comprehensive understanding of what makes a property thrive—from marketing and design to guest experience and operational efficiency.

Virtual Assistant & Admin Support
My path into remote support began in the world of government and private office administration, where I learned the value of precision, reliability, and well-organized systems. While I didn't start in hospitality, I’ve always been drawn to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running smoothly—especially the satisfaction of seeing a process come together just right.
Joining Monarch has given me the chance to bring those skills into a new space. I support day-to-day operations for both short-term rental and property management clients, assisting with communications, marketing, scheduling, and guest experience efforts. I take pride in staying organized and paying close attention to the details that others might miss. Whether it's making sure calendars are up to date or double-checking guest info, I enjoy being someone the team can count on to keep things moving forward. I'm excited to grow with Monarch and continue learning in this ever-evolving industry.
